Job Description:
• Development of applications to extend and customize BIOVIA ELN application using ELN SDK
• Ability to handle production support issues and tickets through ServiceNow or similar request management tools.
• Work with project team on design and development tasks
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical documentation and artifacts. Must be able to wireframe and prototype solutions.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle; experience with all phases of a SDLC.
• Ability to interact with users and translate needs into maintainable configurations, extensions and customizations.
• Work on ServiceNow platform to address service requests, tickets and incidents to resolve issues reported by users. Communicate with users to confirm resolution of issues.
Skills – Must Have:
• Around 8 year’s .NET experience
• Strong working experience in Database Programming using RDBMS databases like Oracle & SQL Server.
• 3+ years in Pharma industry with cGXP and 21CFR Part11 knowledge
• 3+ Years’ experience working in handling service desk and incident tickets/requests from end-users.
